Very exciting time for Lang Brothers Racing as we welcomed our first ever foal last Saturday.
One of our broodmares FAITH IN MY gave birth to a healthy bay filly at Bowness Stud in Young.
FAITH IN MY (Savabeel x With My) was purchased at the Inglis Broodmare Sale in May 2016 in foal to Darley stallion EPAULETTE. This mare is related to former USA horse of the year SPECTACULAR BID and the sire links into the famous Eight Carat family which includes OCTAGONAL and LOHNRO. A winner of three races , FAITH IN MY was also served by DELAGO DELUXE in 2014 and FIGHTING SUN in 2015.
A dual Group I winning son of Commands and a three-quarter brother to Helmet, EPAULETTE was the leading first season sire by average with three or more weanlings sold with five of his youngsters averaging $56,800. We look forward to selling this filly at the 2018 yearling sales.
